Welcome to OrbReg AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OrbReg AI platform, website, AI tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Our Services

OrbReg AI provides AI-powered tools for registration management, data processing, content generation, and analytics. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. User Content and Inputs

You may upload, input, or submit text, images, documents, data, or other content ("User Content") to the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, process, and analyze it solely as necessary to provide, improve, and operate the Services (including training or fine-tuning AI models where you explicitly consent or as described in our Privacy Notice).

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

(1) Does not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights).
(2) Complies with all applicable laws.
(3) Does not contain harmful code, malware, or prohibited material (see Acceptable Use below).

 

Important AI-Specific Note: Outputs generated by our AI models ("AI Outputs") are based on probabilistic models and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or "hallucinations." You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI Outputs before any use. Do not rely on them for critical decisions without independent human oversight.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

 

(1) Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
(2) Upload or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, hateful, or infringing.
(3) Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or underlying AI models.
(4) Use the Services to train competing AI models or for commercial resale without our prior written consent.
(5) Overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Services.

We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate your access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, underlying technology, AI models, and our trademarks remain with us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services during your subscription term solely for your internal or permitted purposes. Except as expressly stated, no other rights are granted.

AI Outputs are provided for your use, but you acknowledge they may incorporate third-party data or models. You must not remove any watermarks, labels, or disclaimers indicating AI-generated content where present.

6. Fees and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are as stated on our pricing page and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. We may change prices with notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but sections that by nature survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability) will continue.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services and AI Outputs are provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities) arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your use of AI Outputs.

10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the PDPO and applicable APAC laws.

 

By using the Services, you consent to the practices described therein.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified where reasonably practicable.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
